Scholarship Opportunity for Ohio Teachers
Seeking the
Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential!

Through the generous support of the Ohio Department if Job & Family Services/Bureau of Child Care & Development, you may be eligible for a T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® Ohio Child Development Associate (CDA) Assessment Scholarship if:

·        You are a family child care provider (certified with the county as a Type B provider or licensed by the state as a Type A provider) OR

·        You are a center based teacher who is employed in a licensed child care center;

·        You work at least 20 hours/week;

·        You’ve worked for your employer for at least one year; and

·        You earn $15.00 or less per hour

This scholarship pays $300 of the $325 National Council for Professional Recognition application fee, and provides for a $100 bonus upon completion of the credentialing process.
