No walk-ins will be allowed at any training - you must pre-register for all Child Care Choices trainings.

If the training's are FREE that you are wanting to register for, you can fill out the Registration Form below and click 'Submit.'

If a training has a fee that you are wanting to register for, you need to print this form and send with your payment to
Child Care Choices, 601 South St, Galion, Ohio, 44833.
