No walk-ins will be allowed at any training - you must pre-register for all Child Care Choices trainings.

No Registrations will be accepted over the phone.

Registrations must be received at least 3 days in advance of training. 
Registrations can be:

· Mailed—Child Care Choices, 601 South St, Galion, Ohio, 44833, or

· Faxed—419-468-5764, or

· Emailed—training@childcarechoices.org.

Registrations are not transferable or refundable and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. 
No confirmations of registrations will be sent.  You will only be notified if there is a change in training. 
 

Payment for Trainings

All payments are due at the time of registration and must be received at least 3 days in advance of the training. 
CCC accepts checks or money orders only. 
CCC will accept purchase orders from center-based early childhood programs.  Purchase orders must accompany registrations. 
If you fail to show at a training you have registered for, the PO will be responsible for the training cost. 
Payment will not be accepted at a training. 
Payment and registration must be sent to Child Care Choices, 601 South St, Galion, Ohio, 44833. 
There is a $25 fee for returned checks.     

Cancellations & Refunds

If you fail to attend a training you registered for, CCC will not issue a refund or credit, with the following exceptions:

· If you cancel your attendance within a minimum of 2 business days prior to the training date.  You may cancel by phone, fax, email, or in person. 

· If CCC must cancel a training due to weather, low enrollment, or other

circumstances, you will receive a refund of your registration fee.

Note to center-based programs—The full balance of training fees must be paid, including staff that do not attend without cancellation. 

Prompt Arrival/Early Departure for Trainings

If you are more than 15 minutes late and/or leave prior to the end of any training,
according to the presenters discretion, you may not receive credit for the class.

Children at Trainings

Children are not permitted at trainings.

County Certified Type B Providers

Contact your local Job & Family Services to determine if your training expenses will be covered by them. 
If so, you must still follow our registration process. 
If you fail to attend the training you have registered for, you will be responsible for the training cost.
