	We provide a basic screening process for our registered home providers, including a reference check, a BCI check on anyone in the home over the age of 18 and a fire safety and health inspection of their home.
	We maintain a computerized registry for all age groups, of licensed centers, certified family day care homes, registered homes, preschool programs, Head Start programs, Early Head Start programs and after-school programs.
	We provide personal attention to parents when they call looking for care. We provide at least 3 referrals, answer any questions and occasionally direct them to other service agencies.
	We provide a variety of printed materials and training workshops designed to help families obtain additional information on child care issues.
