We also work to improve the quality of child care through mentoring and technical assistance, increase the amount of child care available in our area, and make training available to families & providers in Crawford, Marion, Morrow, and Richland Counties in Ohio.

Child Care Choices is staffed with local people.  We are parents with experience in the child care field.  We understand the need & work hard to help families find solutions to their child care needs.  This site has information of interest to parents & providers and specific to Ohio & the area we serve.

Agency Policies
Child Care Choices strictly adheres to several policies regarding the services we provide.

Child Care Choices Services Complaint
We’re hopeful our staff was courteous and helpful to you, but if you have concerns regarding the service you received, please contact our Executive Director by phone at 1-800-92CHILD or by email to director@childcarechoices.org.

Child Care Referral Disclaimer
Child Care Choices believes parents are best able to choose child care for their children.  We help parents find the most child care options and encourage them to use their knowledge as they make their choice.  We urge parents to interview and check references before leaving a child in any provider's care.  It is the parents’ decision in who they decide for child care. All of the information we have for providers, we have received either from them or from other public sources.  We do not guarantee the information about the providers nor do we license, endorse or recommend any of them.

Confidentiality
Child Care Choices believes parent and provider files are confidential.  Only necessary staff will have access to parent or provider files.  The only exception is with government agencies.  Only staff involved in the referral process will have access to information provided by the parent.  All conversations are kept private within the office.  Staff will be courteous and respectful to all customers.

Provider Complaint Policy
If you have questions or concerns about any provider after contacting or meeting them, we would welcome your feedback.  We would also encourage you to contact the appropriate licensing and/or regulatory agency.  Contact information for those agencies are listed below.
